During our 45min virtual meeting, feel free to ask anything in regards to your upcoming event. In this meeting, we will act as a guide to lend advice or review your plans you’ve created thus far. This is a great tool if you aren’t sure of hiring a part-time or full-time event planner or designer.

Use your time wisely and prepare all of your questions and forms for review. This will help maximize our time together.

If more time is needed at the end of your session, please book another session using our website.

SERVICE CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

  • No cancellations will made after the booking of your meeting date. No refunds will be permitted after your meeting is booked. This service is non-transferable.
  • No postponements of any kind is allowed.

 

CONTRACT

  • Visionary Events and Designs does not guarantee all questions will be answered. All comments, advice and guidance of any sort made my Visionary Events and Designs is not a legal remedy to the concerns given by the client. The client is responsible for utilizing the advice given to them by Visionary Events and Designs.
  • Visionary Events and Designs will not render any services outside of your allotted time frame. Meaning, no follow up concerns via email, direct messages, text messages or phone calls will be answered.
