Duties Include:
1. Works up to 20 hours (pre-event)
2. Provides color palette guidance.
3. Oversees the decor vision
4. Refers special props and equipment.
5. Creates detailed ‘Main’ table sketch.6. Ensures all of the decor elements are in place on-site at the event.
7. Includes 4hrs of onsite styling services day of event.8. Includes one stylist9. Design for up to (3) main tables (ex., sweetheart, dessert, entrance)

An Event Designer’s role is purely aesthetic, and doesn’t include things like contract negotiations or attending
appointments alongside the client. This does not include additional table set ups (i.e., centerpieces & table settings), management of vendors or rentals.
