How do you quote your clients?

Each and every client has a different vision for their event. It is our job as your planner/coordinator/designer to properly quote based on the items and services you need.


 

What is your response time average?

Here at Visionary Events & Designs, we take full pride in our customer service. We vow to respond within 72 hours of your inquiry, unless otherwise notified in advance.


 

What services do you provide?

Visionary Events & Designs specializes in day of wedding coordination and planning. We also provide full decorating and design services with at least 3 to 4 months notice.

How do I know if I need a Planner or just a Coordinator?

We highly recommend speaking to your friends and family about their wedding experiences. Most will advise you to have both. If you are newly engaged and plan to have a wedding within the same year, it is highly recommended to hire both services.

If you are organized and can manage your vendors within the first few months of planning, then you’re likely to only need a coordinator.

If you are struggling to book/hire or make decisions with vendors, you most likely will need a planner.
